Apply for organizer review first. Registration is subject to approval, available space and completed payment. Posted Square checkout amounts must match the applicable fee before you pay.
Vendor Amenities & Responsibilities
- One vendor admission and one chair; bring your own bar table, mobile setup, beverages and serving supplies
- Manage your own staff, display, cashless checkout and any required operational equipment
- Keep 100% of your drink sales
- Drink selections and serving arrangements subject to approval and venue rules
- If alcohol is offered, obtain required approvals, licenses, insurance (where applicable), enforce age restrictions and check identification

Event: Sunday, November 29, 2026, 3–7 PM at Encore Film & Music Studio · 4523 Fulton Industrial Blvd SW, Atlanta, GA 30336. Registration does not itself guarantee approval, exclusive territory, a set amount of foot traffic or sales. Each independent vendor is responsible for its products, applicable taxes, licensing, permits, staff and safe operations. All beverage service must comply with applicable laws and venue requirements.
Admission does not include any food, beverages, desserts or meal vouchers. Guests purchase directly from participating businesses to strengthen the local economy.
