Registration, amenities & event policies

Special $100 Oct. 20–Nov. 1; $150 starting Nov. 2, including after Nov. 15 only if spaces remain. Approved vendors receive one admission and one chair, keep 100% of their own sales, and bring all their own tables, equipment, stock and supplies.

All beverage service must comply with applicable alcohol, venue, licensing and identification requirements.

Guests pay separately for food, drinks and sweets. No tickets include meals. Full Mobile Bar Vendor details and policy.

After organizer approval: Pay vendor registration through Square. The checkout amount must match your applicable fee before paying.

Do not send license scans, government IDs, or insurance certificates through this demo. Organizers must confirm venue authorization and all applicable state/local approvals before any alcohol sales.

4. Agreements

$100 Oct. 20–Nov. 1 / $150 from Nov. 2, including after Nov. 15 if available — mobile bar vendor fee · You retain 100% of your sales. Payment is only due following organizer approval.

I understand alcohol service requires venue approval and compliance with all applicable licensing and local rules.I understand that applying does not guarantee vendor acceptance.

Proof of legally required licenses/permits and insurance may be requested through a separate secure process before approval. Submitting this form does not authorize alcohol sales.
