Apply for organizer review first. Registration is subject to approval, available space and completed payment. Posted Square checkout amounts must match the applicable fee before you pay.
Vendor Amenities & Responsibilities
- One vendor admission and one chair; supply your own serving table and catering/food-service setup
- Serve at the approved upfront or Courtyard station; service access and food safety requirements confirmed by the organizer.
- Offer at least one $15 complete meal option; other dishes and price points may also be sold
- Bring your own food, hot/cold holding, supplies, staffing, serving materials, and displays
- Keep 100% of your food sales; observe applicable permits, food safety and venue requirements

Event: Sunday, November 29, 2026, 3–7 PM at Encore Film & Music Studio · 4523 Fulton Industrial Blvd SW, Atlanta, GA 30336. Registration does not itself guarantee approval, exclusive territory, a set amount of foot traffic or sales. Each independent vendor is responsible for its products, applicable taxes, licensing, permits, staff and safe operations. Vendors must serve indoors even if they own a food truck.
Admission does not include any food, beverages, desserts or meal vouchers. Guests purchase directly from participating businesses to strengthen the local economy.
