Food Vendor Application

For prepared meal and entrée vendors only; locations include one upfront and two Courtyard placements subject to confirmation. Cakes, cookies, cupcakes, candies and other dessert-only businesses should register as Regular Vendors. Full-service food vendors must use the organizer-approved upfront or Courtyard station and offer at least one $15 meal item.

Registration, amenities & event policies

Special $100 Oct. 20–Nov. 1; $150 starting Nov. 2, including after Nov. 15 only if spaces remain. Approved vendors receive one admission and one chair, keep 100% of their own sales, and bring all their own tables, equipment, stock and supplies.

Meal vendors must serve at their approved event-day location (including food-truck businesses) and offer a $15 meal option; other menu items are welcome.

Guests pay separately for food, drinks and sweets. No tickets include meals. Full Food Vendor details and policy.

After organizer approval: Pay vendor registration through Square. The checkout amount must match your applicable fee before paying.

Food vendors must serve at the organizer-assigned upfront or Courtyard location; exact permitted service arrangements will be confirmed after venue review. Food-truck operators are welcome as businesses, with venue-approved service location and setup confirmed before event day. Bring suitable catering and serving equipment.

4. Agreements

$100 Oct. 20–Nov. 1 / $150 from Nov. 2, including after Nov. 15 if available — full-service meal vendors · You retain 100% of your sales. Payment is only due following organizer approval.

Application review: Your application will be sent securely over HTTPS to our third-party form provider, FormSubmit, for email delivery to gssunday@tateentgrp.com. This is an application, not an acceptance or a payment request. We will contact you about availability and next steps. Do not include Social Security numbers, government identification, or other sensitive personal data.

Payment after approval: Square vendor fee checkout. Contact gssunday@tateentgrp.com if the Square checkout does not match the applicable fee for your registration date.
